5 main mistakes in small business

Nowadays, there are a lot of mistakes that the entrepreneurs and the small business have been mistaken in business. Be careful. I will share you the mistakes that always do in business.

1.     Too confident and obsessed with an idea.

-         Don’t be too confident with an idea only. Remember, idea is money for the entrepreneur. Make more different ideas and think which idea that the best for you who are giving more benefits or gain maximum profits for you.

2.     No plan in marketing

-         With the strategic plan in marketing, we can give the highest focus to the target or consumers toward our products. There are a lot of the marketing tools that we can use without paying the fee such as online promotions and many others which is the world is very advanced nowadays.

3.     Do not recognize the customers

-         The changes of the favorite of the customers will influence towards the product, it will affect to your business, except you know the customers each others like what they wants and needs nowadays and for the future, know what they like to buy and how to help them though you do not have that products as well.

4.     Not aware with the cash flows

-         Even though you have the best products, maybe the customers would not to buy your product with the period time that you have plan. Thus, the good position of the cash flows is really important to accommodate you and the company at the period time.

5.     Not concern with the personnel

-         This is the hardest challenges to the entrepreneur to give motivation and know how to manage the workers. Without impatient, hardship and expertise, that problem will cause more worst. the moral and productivity of the workers and also the profit of the company will be destroyed immediately.
